All students graduating in any given year will automatically move to ANNUAL (one payment) First Year Post Qualify membership in March of the following year (regardless of when they joined or when they paid the last student fee). To pay your fee in monthly instalments, the member must contact the Office Administrator before 1st March.

By making an application you agree to uphold the IASW Code of Ethics and Practice if accepted.

The IASW have received an invitation from the Oireachtas to attend a meeting of the Joint Committee on Children and Youth Affairs (JYCCA) tomorrow March 27th at 9.30am. The association has been invited to give a short presentation and to discuss issues pertaining to the recruitment and retention of social workers in Tusla. Aine McGuirk, Chair of the IASW and Joe McCarthy, IASW member and former Director of the IASW will represent the IASW at this meeting.
