All students graduating in any given year will automatically move to ANNUAL (one payment) First Year Post Qualify membership in March of the following year (regardless of when they joined or when they paid the last student fee). To pay your fee in monthly instalments, the member must contact the Office Administrator before 1st March.

By making an application you agree to uphold the IASW Code of Ethics and Practice if accepted.

Multicultural Supervision presentation followed by SWAMH AGM

Date: Friday 22nd April at 2pm

Location: Event will be held online via zoom 

2pm – 2.45pm Multicultural Supervision 

Presentation by  Dr Evgeniya (Jenny) Kuznietsova, Counselling Psychologist regarding her research on helpful and unhelpful behaviours in multicultural supervision. SWAMH have invited Dr Kuznietsova to present her work, in line with the IASW’s anti-racist strategy. This presentation will be of interest to all social work clinicians engaged with clinical supervision and also social work practice placement teachers. 

2.45pm – SWAMH AGM (Social Workers in Adult Mental Health) 

SWAMH aims to support colleagues, advocate for our profession and service users, promote best practice in the interest of service users through CPD events, sharing information and contributing to national mental health policy and developments. 

Agenda:

  • Discussion regarding plans for the year ahead
