This interdisciplinary CPD event led by Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI) is for HSCP Managers only. It has been funded by the HSE National HSCPO and participants must be HSE or Section 38/39 employees. This CPD event is open to both Professional Body members and non-members.

The €100 deposit is refundable on completion of the study day.

  6. Create a comprehensive overview of a project using BOSCARD.
  7. Plan and manage a change or quality project.
  8. Use the relevant tools for planning and breaking down work into manageable segments.
